Kumarakom Lake Resort, build on the banks of the Vembanand Lake, is aesthetically conceived on the landscaped location. Build over 10 acres of land; the numerous canals wander around the 22 cottages. Each cottage is designed in traditional style of the illams or the homesteads representing the traditional Kerala villages. The Kettuvallams or the traditional rice boats are converted into luxurious houseboats for the guests to spend their time on the lake.

There are 52 cottages comprising of Standard Heritage Villas and Superior Heritage Villas. For an experience in fine dining, try out various cuisines at the restaurants of the resort.
